The Big One at Stoneleigh is cancelled

Important information regarding The Big One Show at Stoneleigh

After much consideration and with a heavy heart we must announce the cancellation of The Big One at Stoneleigh due to take place on 1-2nd April 2023.

After a successful launch in 2019, a fantastic show in 2020 and managing to bring a show together last year in a challenging post-Covid environment. We are saddened that the lack of support from some key brands and last-minute stand cancelations has meant that we would be delivering a sub-standard event for both visitors and exhibitors. We would like to take this opportunity to thank, and apologise, to all the visitors and exhibitors that had planned to support the event.

If you were one of the thousands that had already booked your ticket for Stoneleigh, you will receive an email from SEE Tickets (Tuesday 24th January) explaining that you can use your ticket at Farnborough or how to claim a full refund.

The Big One at Farnborough will still go ahead on 4-5th March with great manufacturer support, strong ticket sales and we will move some of the feature content across to complement and make the Farnborough show even bigger and better than before.

We already have a strong line up of guest speakers on the Main Stage including Ali Hamidi, Dave Levy and Nick Speed as well as the Angling Times Theatre hosted by top all-rounder Des Taylor.

The Lure Live area will also be returning for the first time since 2019 with more than 70 predator-based brands in attendance and a giant tank for live demos from some of the best lure anglers in the business.

We’d like to stress that this isn’t the end for The Big One Stoneleigh. Once we have more manufacturers’ support, we will look at bringing the event back to the Midlands where we know there is a strong and passionate angling base.

Thank you for your continued support.
